All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked Fire Science. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Buildings and Grounds Meeting Room on the Hillsboro Campus on Thursday, May 30, 2024, immediately following the 2:00pm proposal due time. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. The Fire Science project consists of demo of existing site elements, site development, concrete slabs, and utility extension to the proposed site.
